Contracts Manager

Location: Colorado Springs, CO, Huntsville, AL, or Las Cruces, NM USA
Clearance Level Needed: TS/SCI

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the entire life cycle of contracts activities including but not limited to:

· Reviewing solicitations and preparing business/cost proposals;
· Performing cost / price analysis of subcontractor proposals;
· Writes, issues, and manages subcontracts;
· Negotiating contracts in conjunction with executive management;
· Analyzing contract terms and conditions, and administering contracts to ensure compliance (including timely authorizations and modifications)
· Effectively interfacing with client contracts representatives;
· Monitoring contract budgets, expenditures, and projections;
· Providing contractual guidance to project managers and other staff;
· Performing SBA small business reporting and assisting with subcontracting goals: coordinating close-out activities

Desired Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably (or with significant course coverage) in business, or contracts management or a Master’s Degree in business is highly desirable.

· Excellent analytical, and oral and written communication skills;
· Attention to detail and follow-up;
· Experience with spreadsheet software (Excel);
· Experience managing full range of contract types, i.e. Cost Plus, FFP, T&M, etc., and requirements from cradle to grave (especially Government contracts)
· Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations;
· Experience with GSA FSS contracts, small business subcontracting/reporting;
· Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) status, preferred.

Digital Signal Processing Engineer

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide highly technical expertise and guidance in designing, programming, integration / implementation and analysis of digital signal processing systems;
· Research, design, develop, and evaluate digital signal processing (DSP) systems, including requirements definition, algorithm development, and system modeling/simulation;
· Process digital signals using SDR, GPU, and FPGA technologies;
· Perform product testing and create models and prototypes;
· Develop standards and guidelines for tasks being performed and perform other duties as assigned

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related Engineering or Technical field.  Advanced Degree in Electrical or Software Engineering, Computer Science or related Engineering or Technical field preferred.

· The Software Engineer conducts software programming and provides support on all aspects of demonstrations or tasks;
· Responsible for designing, coding, modifying, and implementing software code for networks, operating systems, databases, and applications;
